Long distance relationship problems aren’t a death knell. But only if you’re prepared to handle them.

Be aware of the most common problems in a long distance relationship to overcome them effectively.
1. Idealizing your partner
In a long distance relationship, you and your partner can only see each other through a screen. You’re unable to know each other beyond what you willingly share, as you have no shared experiences and cannot witness each other in different social situations.
As a result of your limited understanding of your partner, you may unconsciously create an idealized version of them. You may overemphasize their positive traits and downplay their red flags.
